3. Booking and Cancellations

When booking an appointment or a childcare centre visit, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer the time slot to another family.

4. Medicare CDBS

Bulk billing under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is subject to your child's eligibility as determined by Medicare. We will confirm eligibility prior to treatment, but the final determination rests with Medicare.

5. Changes to Terms

Kiddie Smiles Dental reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
